These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Centium AI platform operated by Centium AI LLC ("Centium," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at centium.ai and app.centium.ai. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may grant access to team members through our platform's user management tools. You are responsible for managing your team's access and permissions.
Centium operates on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are determined by your selected plan. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice before your next billing cycle.
You retain ownership of all brand information, competitor data, and category details you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to operate the platform and deliver your AI visibility analysis.
When you connect third-party services such as Google Analytics, you authorize us to access and store aggregate data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform (see our Privacy Policy for details).
Our platform queries AI models (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok) about categories and industries to measure brand visibility using each model's API. Your brand name and category information may be included in prompts sent to these AI models. No personal information or confidential business data is included in these prompts. You control your prompt methodology through the platform.

Our platform, methodology, scoring algorithms, prompt frameworks, and dashboard designs are the intellectual property of Centium AI LLC. Your subscription grants you access to use the platform and view your data. It does not grant ownership of or rights to our underlying technology.
You may use and share your dashboard data, reports, and insights for your own business purposes.
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

Centium AI provides brand visibility analysis based on AI model outputs. AI model behavior changes over time and is outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or improvements in AI model recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centium AI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. We may retain your data for a reasonable period after termination to allow for reactivation, after which it will be deleted. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
